Matt Poe, CEO and Team Leader
His main role is to oversee the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy and the company’s annual goals and objectives. His main focus day to day is to formulate tactics and solutions to help existing and future clients in business, service, and product development and promotion in the healthcare and corporate space.
Mr. Poe is responsible for the design, operation, and improvement of our company’s services, especially constant improvement on our healthcare, corporate, and telecommunications services development using existing personnel or forming relationships with outside partners.
His background in exercise science and technology is very helpful in achieving company success. Mr. Poe has a 20+ year background in healthcare promotion and new business development. He has extensive experience in creating rehabilitation service lines for hospitals and private healthcare companies on a local and a national level.
Mr.Poe holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Tennessee. He also has earned a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. He holds over ten other professional certifications and licenses.
Mr. Poe is a former University of Tennessee football player, USA Professional Powerlifting Champion and World Record Holder, and formerly, one of America’s top Sports Performance Specialist.
Mr.Poe attended Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, Tennessee.
Brent Peacher, IT Leader
Mr.Peacher’s degrees are in Human & Organizational Development and Computer Science. In 2002, Mr. Peacher went to work for Goldleaf Technologies as a project manager with a focus on small business websites, becoming involved in over 500 sites. By 2006, Brent started and is the CEO of Peach Technology. Brent’s primary focus is working with Tracktion Healthcare in program development of all online portals. Mr.Peacher is responsible for all aspects of IT and IT operations.
Brent is a Vanderbilt University Graduate and is a former Vanderbilt University football player.
Mr.Poe and Mr.Peacher have been in partnership for over 10 years together developing Tracktion Healthcare.
Keith Rye, Disease Management
Mr. Rye is a 20+ year healthcare veteran with extensive experience in health management and wellness program operations. Mr. Rye was Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for health coaching pioneer, Gordian Health Solutions, which was sold to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee. Mr. Rye began his career at HealthTrust and HCA, where he managed over $1 billion in assets in the employee benefits area and was responsible for all corporate health promotion efforts, health plan design and medical claims management. Mr.Rye is currently the CEO of CivicHealth in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Rye is a graduate of The Citadel and earned his Masters of Business Administration from Belmont University.
Mr.Rye is also a professional angler competing and winning many tournaments on the water.
Mr.Poe and Mr.Rye have been in partnership for over 10 years.
Lindsey Neeley, Food Science
Mrs. Neeley has a degree in Science of Food/Nutrition/ and Dietetics. She has a Masters Degree in Nutrition Services and is a registered dietitian. Mrs. Neeley has also completed the American Dietetic Association Accredited Dietitian Internship Program. Mrs. Neeley is responsible for validating of all nutrition information and design portals. Mrs.Neeley is also responsible for day to day responses to client concerns.
Mrs. Neeeley is a graduate of Murray State University and earned her Masters at Murray State.
Mrs. Neeley is a former champion sprinter for Murray State University.
Mr.Poe and Mrs.Neeley have been working together for several years.
Janice Johnson, Government Relations
Janice Johnson has a strong background in both healthcare and government relations. She has been an active advocate and lobbyist on issues related to the family and children.
She has received national recognition for her work in this area. She maintains strong relationships with elected officials and health care professionals both within the state of Tennessee and in Washington DC.
Janice is a University of Alabama graduate.
Janice is also a nurse and expert in determining wellness baselines.
Mr.Poe and Ms. Johnson have been in partnership for over 15 years.
Medical Directors
Dr.Damon H. Petty, MD
Dr.Petty is the primary Director of Medicine and Wellness for Tracktion Healthcare
Dr. Damon H. Petty is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon, Fellowship Trained in Sports Medicine. He received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Harvard University and his MD from the University of Virginia. Dr. Petty performed his 5-year Orthopaedic Residency Training at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship with Drs. James R. Andrews and William Clancy in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Petty is a member of the invitation-only American Sports Medicine Fellowship Society and Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He also holds membership in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. Dr. Petty established Petty Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee in 2003.
Dr.Petty works with Mr.Poe on therapeutic protocols and advises Mr.Poe in the areas of orthopedic indications and contraindications. Dr.Petty also makes onsite visits to corporations as to educate employees and employers and aid in driving initiatives.
Mr.Poe and Dr.Petty were both recognized in The New York Times in 2007 for their joint work with UCL injuries.
Mr.Poe and Dr.Petty have been working together since 2004.
Dr. John H. Dixon, MD
Dr.Dixon is Tracktion Healthcare’s primary resource for cardiovascular education.
Dr.Dixon presently is an associate professor of medicine and Director of Outpatient Cardiovascular Medicine at Vanderbilt University. His patient care emphasis is in cardiovascular disorders diagnosis, chest pain, and marfan syndrome. He is board certified in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, 1978 and Cardiovascular Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, 1981.
He received his MD from Vanderbilt University in 1973, Fellowship at Duke University in 1977, Internship at Vanderbilt Medical Center in 1975, and Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1978.
Mr.Poe is the nephew of Dr.Dixon.

Kenny Henderson, Specialist in Nutraceuticals and Personalized Supplement Marketin
Kenny’s expertise lies in the area of Nutraceuticals and Supplementation for corporate wellness and disease management. Tracktion Healthcare is the only company in the USA who will private label and design a supplement line for your company based on your employee needs.
Kenny boasts an 18 plus year career in the area of sports performance and improvement of quality of life formula design and sales. Kenny holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Miami.
Kenny was a member of the 1990 and 1991 USA Junior Olympic Baseball Team as well as a Gatorade Player of the Year for Baseball in 1991.He became a first round draft pick of the Milwaukee Brewers out of high school in 1991. Opting to go to college, Kenny pitched in three consecutive college world series at the University of Miami in Florida. He was on the 1992 Freshman All American Team and received another All American Award in 1995. He was drafted again by the San Diego Padres in 1995 pitching until 1999.
Mr. Poe and Mr.Henderson have been associates and partners since 2004.
Josh Johnson, PHD, Physical Therapy
Josh graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2006 majoring in Exercise Science. He lettered four years on the University football team and was part of the National Championship team in 2002. He graduated from the University of St. Augustine with a Doctorate in Physical a Therapy in 2006. He has been manual therapy trained as well. He has experience working with orthopaedic, cardiac, and neurological patients.
Josh is presently helping Tracktion Healthcare pioneer our telecommunications delivery system for patients, employees, and other clients. Josh oversees the design of all lifestyle and therapeutic protocols for our accounts.
Mr.Poe and Mr.Johnson have been working together since 2009. Mr. Poe coached Mr.Johnson in his early high school years and throughout his college athletic career.
Brad Lokey, Leader In Exercise Design
A former member of the United States Marine Corps, Brad oversees all lifestyle and disease management exercise protocol designs for Tracktion Healthcare’s clients. Brad is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach by the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association as well as by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He is also certified as a personal trainer.
Brad was born in Shelbyville, Tenn., but grew up in Florida, graduating from Lyman High School in Longwood. He received his bachelor's degree in Recreational Administration with minors in Biology and Coaching from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Mo., in December of 2006.
He played football for four years at LHS and two years at CMU before spending four years of honorable military service in the Marine Corps prior to completing his scholastic-athletic endeavors. He earned a master's degree in Business Administration and Sport Management from Webber International in 2009.
Brad is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa). Lokey possesses three credentials from the NSCA including; Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Personal Trainer (CPT). He is also Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) and is recognized as an approved mentor by the CSCCa.
Mr.Poe and Mr.Lokey have been associates and business partners since 2010.
